I can't log into my HP account. I'm trapped in this horrible deadly circle where my username is confirmed as legitimate but not the password. I go through the steps to change the password: HP sends me a code to the email, I copy the code into the box, I enter the new password in twice and move on, only to be told that the password doesn't match the username. Over the last several months, I have gone through this process and looked in vain all over HP's web site for some support for this issue.
If I don't have a product number to enter, no one wants to help me. If I enter a product number that I do have just to see if I can get further, I am stopped with technical questions which have nothing to do with my issue. There are no boards that fit my category, so I just picked one, hoping that my problem will be passed on to the right person.
