Product: HP Spectre x360 convertible 15t-df100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I purchased my HP Spectre x360 in January 2020. The laptop overheats when used for over 20 minutes. The longer it is used, the keyboard starts heating up as well. Just recently the rubber pad on the bottom of the laptop melted when my son was using it. I have searched online and it appears overheating is a common problem with this model. I wish I had seen those reviews before I purchased the laptop and I would would have avoided this model. Is there anything to be done to prevent this from happening?
