Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

The keys "6,7,y,u,h,j,n,m" rarely worked when pressed. I've tried a factory reset, reinstalling the drivers and cleaning the keys, but have had no luck.

 

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
