Hi,
Ever since I got this computer, i've been having non stop issues regarding the notebooks audio.
I first noticed these problems when using VoIP services (Such as discord, google hangouts etc). This includes microphone randomly not working after being in the call for some time, and my audio being disabled. It requires me to restart the computer to get my microphone and speakers working again. When this issue occurs, the microphone stops appearing in my device manager, but when I restart... it appears again? Also, on multiple occassions the sound has glitched and made an awful loud noise from the speakers, forcing me to shut it down to go off (As the volume adjuster doesn't turn it off).
I'm very concerned this is more of a hardware issue, as i've tested that all drivers are up to date, as well as windows 10 updates. I didn't think much of it at first, but since i've been using chats a bit more, I can't see myself having to deal with this long term, especially after paying £900. Does anyone else have this issue with the same model?
The model name is: HP ENVY 15-ee0000 x360 Convertible Laptop PC series
Thanks
