Product: HP EliteBook 840
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Yesterday, I restarted HP laptop and was met with the “blue screen of death” it’s a screen that I just cannot get out of, I need to fix this problem as soon as possible because I have work and files on this exact laptop that I won’t be able to get back if I switch.

 

please respond as soon as possible, any help will be greatly appreciated.
