Product: HP Laptop, model 14-bp070sa
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Hi, my laptop won’t let me log on. I know the password I am typing is correct but it says incorrect password on the log in screen. I have also reset my windows 10 password and tried to log in again with the new password, it still won’t work. I don’t mind resetting my laptop and deleting my files if I can back up the documents I have on my laptop but I didn’t make a recovery disc before it broke so I’m not sure how I can save my files. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
