Product: HP ENVY x360 15-ee0002na Convertible Laptop 2020
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a obnoxious buzzing noise coming from the speakers. It has started twice now whilst my daughter was in the middle of her Google Classroom meeting and during a zoom meeting. The only way to stop the loud and obnoxious noise is to turn the computer off and on again. I suspect it's a hardware fault.

As the laptop is still within manufacturer warranty should I go through the HP (UK) support process and get a replacement laptop. Do I ring 0207 660 3859 on Monday when your support desk is open?
