Product: HP Notebook
When I start my computer I keep getting "Recovery There was a probelm with a device connected to your PC
Error Code 0xc00000e9"
Only the Esc button works and pulls up UEFI firmware settings.
When I press F1/F8 nothing happens.
When I go into UEFI firmware settings on the startup menu I get system info, system diagnostics, boot device options and BIOS setup.
When I go into BIOS setup the following options are main, security, system, configuration and exit.
I have watched videos on youtube but none have worked.
I cant enter automatic repair or get command prompt or go into safe mode, I can only access UEFI firmware settings.
