Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

2 days ago, my friend was messing with my laptop's audio driver, he installed realtek hd audio driver r2.80, then the sound from the speaker went flat and B&O app shows realtek console manager is not supported for this machine. then I uninstalled the audio driver and installed new driver from the hp website for my laptop's model CS2110TX.. Then the sound seeks to be normal but then the sound output is distorted most of the times when notification pops, or when playing music, when in zoom meeting...

Most often in zoom meetings, the sound output starts distorted and cuts itself off, i have turn of the audio and turn it back on  on the zoom app everytime this happens. .and its is very frequent..Any solution to this problem?
