Product: Office Jet 6970
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Like others; since end of September, printer does not work. Have tried everything (Scan Doctor, updated drivers, tried chat, phone helpline - permanently busy in German and English - etc etc. Problem persists. One error message is that InstantInk Account needs attention (why? what?) Our Internet/WiFi works fine for all other devices. Ink is sufficient. Thankful for any help from HP Support of Forum members.
