Product: HP Pavilion 15-cs0064st
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop running windows 10, allows me to login but when it opens up my desktop, I only see the taskbar and the whole screen starts to blink.  I have tried uninstalling the display adaptor and rolling back to a restored point. Screen works fine when running in safe mode.
