HP Recommended
Product: HP photosmart C7280
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Printer keeps saying there is a paper jam when there isn't.  Removed the rear door, discovered a broken gear that was slipping on the rear feed roller, causing the system to think the rear feed roller was jammed.  I would like to know how to remove that feed roller so I can repair or replace the broken gear.  Also if anyone has a copy of the service Manuel to the C7200 series, that would really help as well.
