Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I spilt some wine on my computer around the touch pad area. After letting it dry for a while it wouldn’t turn on and the caps lock would blink 3 long times and 2 short times. I’ve reseated the ram and memory and still nothing. Can anyone provide me some tips on what I should do?
