Hello,

 

I have a 2017 HP Notebook running Windows 10. It is constantly stuck in a restart loop stating it's trying to do an automatic repair or diagnosing the laptop. I can access the BIOS setup screen but haven't found much use from that.  I can access the recovering screen but it the automatically goes to do a restart again so I have no time to select any options available. 

 

Would anyone be kind enough to advise?
