Product: HP Elitebook 850 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi together!

HP Service-Center asks me to install Conexant HD Audio Driver.

I tried to install it via assistent on WIN10 1803, 1809, 1903, 1909 and 2004.

But the installation never was successful. See screenshots.

Whar can I do?

Is it necessary to install it?
