Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ae0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had my laptop for about 3 years and just recently I can no longer turn the keyboard backlight on anymore. I have tried everything I could with updates, but nothing has worked. I'm sure I have to have to send it in to have it fixed, but I was wondering how much that would probably cost before I go ahead and do that.
