New HP Reverb G2 (with Controller)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Welcome,

I refer to my brandnew "Reverb G2" Headset VR i setup yesterday. But i think that the Resolution is poor. Can't believe that's all? Anything setted wrong in preferences or missed to set?

In Windows "Preferences > Display" there appears screen 1 (my default Monitor Screen) at 3840x2160 (changes possible). Then 2, 3 and 4 on which Screen Resolution is "greyed out" at 1920x1080. No changes possible! Sometimes appears a Display called "5" but in an other place and it is not able to "select" there.

Further in "Preferences > Mixed Reality > Headsetdisplay" Mixed Reality Display Resolution is set by "4320x2160 (best Quality)". Even my VR is not possible to set as secondary Display in NVIDIA Control Panel. As mentioned above i can not believe that's all in Graphics Quality that gives us Reverb G2?? I'm actually playing on steam VR "Doom VFR" and "Killing Floor Incursion VR". I'm really disappointed in Graphics apart from games quality. Can't believe depends to game? Running a i7, 16GB Ram, 3GHz Machine with SSD and RTX 2060 SUPER GPU. Headset connected to PC USB 3.1 (with adapter 10Gbit plug).

What's going wrong? I need Help please. If you need further Information (screenshots and so on) about my issue please feel free to contact me immediately.

Thank you for your attention and your speedy feedback.

Nice and best wishes
