Product: HP Envy 32 All in One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Wireless Recharging dock won't recognize any device.  I have it turned wireless charging on and Full-Feature is activated, but it won't charge or even light up for my phones (old or new), my ear buds or my apple watch.

 

Please help,
