Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

recently updated HP firmware

after update there is a folder at "C:\hpswsetup" containing "sp111311"

usually i delete these leftover folders, but cant do it this time

says that i should request premission from "Administrators"

 

after changing the folder owner to my current user and giving my current user full rights, it says i should request premission from my current profile? (the one i logged in as)? what is this update?
