Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this laptop new in November. I am having a problem that while using it, the screen briefly flickers to a plain black screen and then the text and icons are very blurry for a while afterwards. If I move or click the mouse it will temporarily resolve until I do something else and then I will have to move or click the mouse again. This primarily happens when I am using Microsoft Outlook 365.
