Product: HP Pavilion Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had a folder on my desktop which contains alot of files, ranging from videos, images, etc. I turned on my laptop one day and the folder had nothing inside of it apart from a few other empty sub folders. Not only have I lost all of the content in the folder, I now cannot delete the folder either, I get a message that says 'Could not find this item'. (see pictures)
