Product: Pavilion g4-1135dx

When I try to turn on my laptop the screen stays black, the fan runs, and the F12 light is solid amber. The caps lock light is NOT on and does not blink at all. I have tried everything from draining the battery out to taking the battery out and doing a hard reset. Nothing is working. Does anyone know what the problem could be? Please help! Thank you.
