Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6968
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Have used the trouble shooter, set as default, plugged, unplugged the printer, turned router off and on, made sure that the laptop (Lenovo) and printer are on the same WIFI - still get error message and no action. Help!!!
