Product: Acer nitro 5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When i'm gaming I can't use the keyboard and trackpad at the same time. For the first second I can't turn the camera whilst moving and then it'll let me every now and again, but it's really unreliable. I've looked online and it looks like it's probably that palm tracking thing, but no matter what I can't find where to disable it. I open the trackpad settings and there's no synaptics option or palm tracking option, There's buttons, pointers, pointer options and hardware. None of these tabs have anything related. getting desperate, trackpad is ELAN I2C filter driver.
