Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased the HP Smart Friend service so I could have access to the chat help feature. I used the chat one time (I think), and i can't find a way to access the chat anymore, even though it says it is available 24/7. What happened? How can I get remote help with my computer? What do I need to do, and more importantly, what am I paying for?
