Product: Omen 30L
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just bought an Omen 30l with 16gb of ram and rtx2060 with a ryzen7 3700x.  It worked for about a month and now crashes when we try to play any games more demanding than roblox.  HP wants us to re-install windows 10 and to see if that works. We have been told this could be a power supply issue form other advice boards.  Any advice?
