Product: spectre 360

My spectre 360 laptop will no longer connected to the bluetooth devices it has paired with. When I try to remove them to repair it wont forget them either. I click "remove device" and loads for a few seconds with the "removing device" message, and then says "remove failed". Troubleshooter comes up with no issues, going into the bluetoother drivers it says the device is working properly. Please help, thanks.
