Product: HP S2031a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Tried connecting to EarthLink internet and computer says internet available but there’s no list to choose from. When I attempt to create a connection it says modem problem 681. Not sure how to update network adapter if that’s the issue. I was able to connect to the internet before I switched to EarthLink. EarthLink is unable to help me.
