Product: Spectre x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There seems to be missing several advanced options in the Power Plan section of Windows 10. My desktop has several, like advanced options for Hard Drive time shut down, USB, PCI Express, etc. I need to have these to change the time it takes for external Hard Drives to shut down, because right now it shuts down after just a few minutes. Also, I need more options like High Performance. 

 

Help is appreciated.
