Greetings. My printer has a couple of issues that may be related.

 

When it starts up, it prints out blank page after page. Then it says, then it says there's a paper jam. But if you press okay on the LCD, it jets out the paper that it was holding in the duplexer area. Then it continues to spew out  paper until it leaves another paper in the duplexer. Then I have to repeat everything. Click ok, for the paper to feed out, and so on and so on. My drivers and  firmware are up to date. I left it disconnected overnight, I've reset the printer. But the paper continues to be wasted!

 

Any ideas?
