Product: HP Pavilion Desktop 590-p0076

As I was updating my computer, an unfortunate power outage happened which lasted a few seconds. ever since my computer has not made it past the loading screen as it tries to boot up. it also keeps restarting indefinitely.I really need help with this, and if there’s any way I can keep all my data that would be best. thanks in advance!
