Hi,

Since yesterday, I’ve had issues with my Laptop. It was extremely slow until it went full black for a minute. I turned on the laptop again and there was a full blue screen with two options, turn off pc and Troubleshoot. I went on the HP Community to see what everyone else did when they had the same situation and they click TroubleShoot < Advanced Options < Personal Data, after I did that, a few downloads happened and i figured out that my Laptop had strangely factory reset itself, and I did not want it to. After those “downloads” happened, it took me back to the usual Home Screen when you power on your laptop, and my account was not there, only Administrator was. I proceeded to log in and then a pop up came saying, “HP Recovery Manager, Restoration Incomplete, The Restoration did not complete. Please select one of the following buttons: Save Log, Details, Retry”. I tried all the buttons and nothing seemed to get solved, however whenever I clicked Details, it always read “The process will cause CTO panic because the image might not be normal...” and it kept repeating below in separate lines along with another phrase “There might be unexpected reboot during [Windows Setup].” Everytime I click the exit button it restarts and takes me to the same page after logging in again. Please help!
