I had been experiencing a number of problems on my HP7830 and decided that a Full Factory Reset was the only way to clear everything out. Having done that and having reset the WIFI details, the printer keeps saying that it cannot print until the instaink details are reset. However, I cannot see how to enter the instaink details on the printer directly. HP Smart app cannot find the printer. Any thoughts? I don’t want to have to buy a new printer because of a configuration problem
