Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Whenever I shut down my pc it says "Realtek audio admin background is preventing shutdown" and after a few seconds the pc shuts down. This appears everytime I shut down my pc, even when i start the pc and then immediately shut it down without opening anything ,it still says tht its preventing shutdown.I do not know what is causing this problem.
