Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey community. My some window files got corrupted. When I asked from customer care they advised me to do recovery by hp cloud recovery tool. I dont have a wifi so I take help of my neighbour and when I created the media and boot it from pendrive then it shows me this Screenshot_20210423-212743_WhatsApp.jpg

 

if this image is not clear I will tell you 

 

It shows this message 

YOUR COMPUTER IS NOT SUPPORTED BY THE SYSTEM RECOVERY MEDIA.

YOU WILL NOT ABLE TO CONTINUE TO RECOVER THIS SYSTEM WITH THESE MEDIA

0121-0-1

It shows me this bold message. Pls help me to fix my corrupted files.
