Product: HP EliteDesk 800 G5 Small Form Factor PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Task Manager shows very high CPU with "CxUIUsvc Service"  (typically around 50%).

 

I understood this could be related to sound, so I reinstalled sound driver (sp111305.exe) from the HP support page.


This has not helped the performance - what is the service and is it save to disable?  Any fix to this issue?
