Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a HP OfficeJet Pro 8710. Two weeks ago, I was printing and the black ink started to get spotty though the cartridges weren't that old. I ran the "clean print heads" function repeatedly which seemed to help a bit but not totally so I replaced the black cartridge with a new cartridge. I then ran the "clean print heads" function again, then a second time at which point I received a "supply system problem" message. I read as many internet posts for solutions as I could find and: 1) my firmware is fully up-to-date, 2) I've done every type of hard reset (short of resetting to factory defaults), and 3) I've taken out the print head component and flushed it. No luck. Thinking this thing might be curb-bound but it functioned fine up until this message and I'd love to solve. My printer is entirely unusable presently. Can you help please?
