Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Lately, I have been having issues with my laptop's webcam, in which all my camera displays are colorful horizontal lines. I have had this issue before, but it would come and go (seemingly randomly). Lately, though, it has been extremely persistent, and I cannot figure out how to resolve it. I have attached a screenshot of what my camera displays so that you all can get a better idea of what I am working with. I have seen posts about this before, but have yet to find any real solution. Please let me know if anyone has found a solution to this issue!Screenshot (51).png
