Product: HP Pavillion 23 All In One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello. My fathers HP Pavillion 23 all in one isn’t powering up correctly. The power light on the upper right top of the all in one is lighting up white upon powering on, and the white LED indicator near the power plug on the back lights white as well. 

i have done several troubleshooting steps I found online including removing all USB’s and the power cable and holding power for 15-30 seconds and turning the computer back on with power plugged in to no avail.


The computer also doesn’t appear to make any noises at all when turning on, only the white indicators turn on indicating it is receiving power, but NO power is going to the keyboard or mouse. Both the keyboard and the mouse had lights that do not light up. 

I can’t do any resets with the keyboard as I don’t think the keyboard is receiving power.
