Model: 15-da0326tu, System SKU: 5AY34PA#ACJ having Realtek RTL8723DE with an age of 2 years.
I am facing Wifi Connection issue, every 30-45 mins of using the internet.
The Wifi disconnects itself when I try to connect to that SSID, I get the error "Can't Connect to this network".
Some times, everything goes to normal after resetting(Disabling/Enabling) the "Realtek RTL8723DE 802.11b/g/n PCIe Adapter".
But most of the times that device/adapter fails to start .(Inserted Screenshots)
I was told this is a software issue and should resolve by resetting the Windows. I did reset the Window and even formatted the SSD Drive and installed it afresh to leave no stones unturned. But this network issue along with occasional Blue Screens is still there and I am not able to use laptop for my work.
My product is covered under warranty, but HP CC is not providing onsite support for this issue and service center is very far from my location.
