Please provide a working solution since I have tried everything.
My new hp Spectre x360 - 13-aw0009nh cannot connect to any wireless display. I have tried with numerous manufacturers and models and the issue is the same, as follows:
- it finds immediately the surrounding wireless displays
- when I click connect for the first time on any device, my computer name appears on the screen that it is trying to connect but after that disconnects immediately
- after this, if I try to connect, it says that connecting but nothing happens; external screen is black and stuck at "Connecting..."
- Of course, I tried to restart the computer.
- All drivers are up-to-date.
- Windows is up-to-date.
- I tried each and every screen with other devices (including my older ProBook) and all of them work fine.
- I tried to reduce resolution to 1920×1080 or even lower.
- I tried using both WLAN and LAN (via USB-C) internet connection.
All the above did not work.
Display works fine through USB-C HDMI adapter, but I really need the wireless option.
Please help.
