Product: Envy x360 model 15m-eu0013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi got this envy x360 2 months ago and the computer would not let me sing in. whenever I start the computer, it says "to sign in, scan your finger on the fingerprint reader" but it would not work. I tried to use my pin (it's the only other sign in option) but it says "something happened and your pin is not available. Click to set up your pin again"; then I click set up my pin again but I would not do anything
