I have an HP envy 360 laptop and lately when using my stylus pen to write on word documents or PowerPoint‘s the screen will quiver for a moment and then flash to a black screen. I have to restart the laptop in order to get the monitor back to normal —And sometimes it takes several attempts or a hard restart. I first noticed this when writing on a word document But now it seems to be happening anywhere I have used a stylus pen in the past. Any ideas what could be causing this?
