Product: HP Thunderbolt 120W G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I bought a brand new HP Thunderbolt 120W G2 docking station at home and its fan continues to make a big noise even after the laptop is at sleeping mood or powered off. It is really disturbing at a quiet moment of the day so every time I have to disconnect the laptop to stop it. The laptop model is HP EliteBook 840 G8 so I do not think it is a compatibility issue. I checked that other clients are complaining of such an issue but no solution so far, so thought to bring it to attention again. The latest firmware and drivers are already installed.
Thank you in advance HP!
