HP Recommended
Product: All on one desktop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On the support assistant icon I have a red exclamation point.  I ran the diagnostic, updated software. It also show up in diagnostic windows by the speaker. There It says it's for Windows10 & 11 support help, click here.  I don't have any problems with windows.  How do I get rid of the exclamation point?
