Product: HP ELITEDESK 800 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have Synaptics HD Audio. I am unable to get the audio equalizer in "Audio Controls" to work, removing/restoring  Synaptics did not help. The sound is flat. The problem is not my speakers, I am using a pair of M-AUDIO  self-powered nearfield monitors. I push the sliders all the way up and down. no difference
