Hello. My PC recently got a critical process died blue screen, and I tried everything to fix it, but it just wasn't working. So, I contacted HP by phone, and they said to recover the PC by Cloud Recovery using a USB flash drive after we tried to fix it through Windows RE (Nothing worked). I went through the entire recovery process with them on the phone, step by step, did exactly as told. After that, it seemed to be working. However, at the very last step, I got an error message from HP Recovery Manager saying that the recovery attempt has failed, and I am now stuck on a screen giving me 3 options, save log, details or retry. I tried both system restore and resetting the PC from Windows RE before I used Cloud Recovery, both didn't work. What should I do at this point to try and recover my PC other than reinstalling WIndows through the Media Creation Tool starting from the error message currently shown on the screen? Any solutions would be much appreciated.
