Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After updating the BIOS and rebooting, the laptop does not turn on. Update from the official site (the old version was 78 1.11), the new one was 78 1.52. CapsLock flashes once. The fan turns on. I can not create a bootable USB flash drive - there is no second computer. I am asking for help in creating an image for my laptop.
