Product: HP Spectre Folio
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a 3 year care pack >$300 on 10th October , 2021. I only received an email thanking me and shipping information for the purchase which said my pack would be registered in 2-3 weeks, and I have received nothing else since then. Could someone can help register the care pack
