Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There are plenty of display types in QuickSpecs for the Elitebook 835 G8 model. I'm trying to figure out which one is installed in specific products...

For example which type of LCD panel have this laptops? Does it have 250 or 400 nits? 42 or 75% of RGB? With or without SureView?
